Our People & Culture Team is seeking a HR Business Partner who will play a fundamental role in shaping the future of our organization.

Reporting to our CEO, you'll play a key role in shaping our people strategy, ensuring an exceptional employee experience, and driving a high-performance culture. You will work closely with leadership and team leads to implement HR best practices, manage organizational development, and support talent growth in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement HR policies, performance management frameworks, and compensation strategies that support a distributed, high-growth team.

  • Drive employee growth initiatives, including onboarding, learning & development, and career progression planning.

  • Provide guidance on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws in relevant jurisdictions.

  • Build HR processes that cater to a globally distributed team, ensuring smooth operations across different time zones and regulatory landscapes.

  • Leverage data to track key HR metrics and improve decision-making around hiring, retention, and engagement.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a high-growth startup or tech environment.

  • Experience in blockchain, fintech, or deep tech industries is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of remote-first HR practices, including global payroll, compliance, and talent management.

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling people programs that drive employee satisfaction and performance.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
